  • Starting therapy is a big step, and it’s important that you feel comfortable and supported from the very beginning. That’s why we start with a brief phone consultation — a low-pressure chance to ask questions, share what’s going on, and see if we’re a good fit.

  • If it feels right, the next step is a 60-minute intake session. During this session, we’ll get a full picture of your goals, challenges, and needs so we can create a plan that’s tailored just for you. Think of it as laying the foundation for your work together — a safe, structured space to start making real change.

  • After your intake session, we’ll transition into regular therapy sessions, usually ranging from 45 to 60 minutes. These sessions are your dedicated time to check in, work through challenges, and practice the skills that will help you reach your goals.

    Consistency is key — meeting regularly gives us the momentum to tackle patterns, try new strategies, and make real progress. Think of it as showing up for yourself, week by week, in a safe, supportive space where your growth comes first.

Intake Session - $185

Individual Sessions- $155/session

In-Network- Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) and Cigna/Evernorth:

I am an in-network provider with BCBS and Cigna and able to bill directly to your insurer. I will verify your insurance is active during our phone consultation and complete any necessary authorizations at intake. You are responsible for maintaining active enrollment with your insurance provider.

Out-of-Network/Self-Pay: 

This is a self-pay option for clients with private insurance that I am not panneled with or those with no insurance. Payment is due at the time of each session, and I’m happy to provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. I encourage you to contact your insurance provider to learn more about your out-of-network benefits.

  • I am currently in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield and Cigna/Evernorth. I also provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement.

  • My working hours vary day-to-day, but I aim to be available most working hours throughout the weekdays. You can generally expect email or phone responses within 24 hours (excluding weekends).

  • Think of your first session as a conversation about you — your story, your goals, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. No need to have it all figured out.

    If you’re using insurance, we’ll note a diagnosis so your sessions can be covered, but it’s not a label — it’s just a tool to guide your treatment and support your growth.

  • Life gets busy — I get it. To help keep your therapy on track and honor everyone’s time, please give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Missed sessions or late cancellations carry a $125 fee.
